A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at 2:00 P.M.
EST in the Board Room of Buffalo Trace Area Development District, 201
Government Street, Suite 300, Maysville Kentucky.
The purpose of the hearing is to allow review of the FY 2019 Area Agency
on Aging Area & Independent Living Area Plan. The area plan describes
services for the elderly of the five county Buffalo Trace District which are
provided through the Buffalo Trace Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living. Funding sources for the services included in the plan are
Title III and Title VII from the Older Americans Act, State Health Insurance
Program, the State Homecare Program, and the KY Caregiver Program.
Buffalo Trace ADD encourages minorities, rural, senior citizens, low income, disabled persons, Native Americans, persons with Limited English
speaking ability, caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders to attend this hearing.
The draft area plan is available for review beginning on March 12, 2018 in
the BTADD Office at 201 Govt. Street, Suite 300, Maysville, Kentucky, For
