The most important point to make is that he was allowing his dogs to chase someone else's dog. Listen to Bob Barker and get your animals spayed or neutered. I'm glad I live in a County with a No Kill shelter. ALL of the dogs brought into the shelter here are spayed/neutered before they are allowed to leave and we don't have a stray dog problem.

Not the first time a Lewis County taxpayer has called the dog warden time and time again because a pet is missing and just got an answering machine and never get the courtesy of a call back, but then (if lucky) learns the dog was shot by the dog warden.
Most times the missing dogs never are heard from again. Especially if they are "high dollar dogs" that can be sold... oh, sorry "adopted". "
