Judge sets hearing in Amy Baker case.

Mason County Circuit Court Judge Stockton B. Wood granted Amy Baker's attorneys their motion for a hearing to exclude the Commonwealth's use of prior statements and testimony of Baker in the case of 3-year-old Marcus Fiesel last year.

Wood set the hearing date for Nov. 8 at 10 a.m., saying he expects a lengthy hearing because of the number of witnesses which will be called to provide testimony.
