Fizer, Smalley wedding plans revealed

Carrie Ann Fizer and Michael E. Smalley are pleased to announce their upcoming marriage. The couple will be united in a private ceremony in Las Vegas, Nev. To celebrate their union in marriage they are having a open reception for family and friends on Saturday, March 29, at the Maysville Moose Lodge at 6 p.m. Children are welcome from 6-8 p.m.

The bride is the daughter of Judy Boone of Maysville and the late Jackie Fizer and the granddaughter of Margret Maynard of Maysville and the late Marvin Maynard. The groom is the son of Dorothy Armstrong of Maysville.

Both are employees of Emerson Power Transmission. The couple will reside in Maysville.
