ELIZAVILLE -- Pauline Art Lanum, 92 of Lexington died Saturday, May 10, 2008 at her residence. Pauline was born in Ewing on Dec. 27, 1915 to Grover and Lorena Hysong Art and was an employee of the Department of Human Resources in Frankfort and was a graduate of the Ewing High School.

Pauline is survived by one daughter, Donna Manning of Lexington; two sisters, Emma Jean Thomas of Maysville and Louise Throckmorton of Cowan; grandchildren, David and Margi Elder and Dean and Meg Elder of Huntington Beach, Calif, Larry and Jerri Grubbs of Berea, Dan and Christina Manning of Lexington and Al Manning of Lexington; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings David Art, Jimmy Art, Robert Art, Martha Marshall and Betty Conkey.

Services 2 p.m., Wednesday at Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville with Rev. Larry Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery. Visitation 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
