MANCHESTER, Ohio -- Joshua Wayne Reed, 26 of Manchester, Ohio died Thursday, May 8, 2008 at University Hospital. He was born June 15, 1981 in Georgetown, Ohio, to Hazel Elkins of Manchester and Larry Reed of Blanchester, Ohio. He was the step-son of Donnie Napier.

He was employed as a carpet installer for Village Carpet of Georgetown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancee' April Schroeder of Manchester; one daughter Jayden Reed of Manchester; two step-daughters May Schroeder and Betty Shelton, both of Manchester; a step-son Burton Schroeder of Manchester; one brother Nathan Reed of Georgetown; a step-brother Larry Napier of Manchester; one sister Elizabeth Reed of Manchester; two step-sisters Shree Leonard of Manchester and Carmella Odair of Columbus, Ohio; and paternal grandmother Betty Reed of Georgetown.

Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m., today at Wilson Home for Funerals in Manchester, cremation will follow visitation.
