MR. CURTIS

GERMANTOWN -- Robert Earl Curtis, 94, died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008.

He was born on Aug. 10, 1914, to the late Ezra Leo and Ottie Curtis.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Mae King Curtis who passed away Jan. 12, 2004.

He is survived by his children, Robert Wayne Curtis of Germantown, Donald Gene Curtis of Wilkerson, Ind., Ruby Ann Hitt of Brooksville, Darrell Edward Curtis of Germantown, Tommy Clark Curtis of Maysville, Brenda Fay Mastin of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Linda Kaye Curtis of Augusta. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by two sons, Leo Franklin Curtis and Norman Perry Curtis; and a granddaughter, Melanie Jo Curtis.

Services are 2 p.m., Sunday at Palmer Funeral Home in Germantown.

Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Shannon Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope.
