A Maysville teenager is missing after he apparently ran away during a custody exchange, according to his father.
Justin Williamson, 16, made his home with his mother on Bank Street in Maysville, according to his father, Randall Williamson. When he stopped to pick his son up on Dec. 7 at about 5 p.m., the teenager ran away and has not been seen since, Randall Williamson said.
Randall Williamson wants his son home and said he is offering a cash reward for the location of Justin.
Justin was possibly spotted last week walking on Forest Avenue with a taller woman, Randall Williamson said.
Justin is about 6 feet tall with a slender build, his father said. He has dark hair which he wears short, and he was last seen wearing a Chicago Bulls hoodie, jeans and tennis shoes. He wears prescription eyeglasses and has flat facial moles on the left side of his neck and face.
Anyone with information about Justin Williamson should contact Kentucky State Police at 606-784-4127 with any information. Leave your name to be eligible for the reward.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Blake Waggner is in charge of the case, according to Randall Williamson. A spokesperson for KSP's Morehead Post said Tuesday, Waggner would return calls when he is on duty but failed to say when that would be.
