TOLLESBORO — Lisa Dawn Holt, 42, of Vanceburg, died Monday, Aug. 3, 2009 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

She was born in Fleming County on Nov. 5, 1966, to Doris Arthur Holt of Vanceburg and the late William "Bud" Holt.

She is survived by a son, Ron Meadows of Tollesboro; two brothers, Charles "Chuck" Holt and wife, Sandra "Dale" of Tollesboro and Rick Holt of Vanceburg; three sisters. Patsy Holt of Tollesboro, Teresa McFarland and husband, Michael of Mansfield, Ohio and Vickie White of Maysville; and a special companion, James Spencer of Wallingford.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald "Butch" Holt; and one sister, Debbie Holt.

Services are Friday, Aug. 7, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Barbour and Son Funeral Home in Tollesboro with Rev. Phil Cropper officiating.

Visitation is Friday, Aug. 7, 2009, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
