TOLLESBORO | Adam Davis Shaw, 32, of Tollesboro, died Monday, May 7, 2012, in Lexington.
He was born in Maysville, on June 6, 1979, to Rick "Skeeter" Shaw and Sonia G. Thomas Shaw.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kristan Esham Shaw.
He was a graduate of Lewis County High School. Mr. Shaw was a farmer and a member of the Tollesboro Christian Church.
He is survived by Kaidan Davis Shaw and Karys Delaney Shaw; grandparents, Billy and Glenda Thomas of Tollesboro; a brother, Zachary Thomas Shaw; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Jane Shaw; and his aunt, Rose Shaw.
Services 11 a.m., Friday, May 11, 2012, at the Tollesboro Christian Church, Tollesboro. Pastor Scott Pugh will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Millersburg Cemetery in Millersburg.
Pallbearers will be Zach Shaw, Ed Lanthorn, Jim Shaw, Dwight Shaw, Nick Shaw, Scott Osborne, David Williamson, and Jeremy Hampton.
Honorary pallbearers are Chris Shaw, Todd Bane, Dale Liles, Brian Polley, Stacy Lykins, Josh Castle, Joey Collins, and Jodi Applegate.
Visitation was 6-9 p.m., Thursday at the Tollesboro Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tollesboro Christian Church.
