GEORGETOWN, Ohio | After pleading guilty Sept. 5 to assaulting two firefighters and a disorderly conduct charge, Nathan D. Grey asked for mercy from Brown County Court of Common Pleas Judge Scott Gusweiler on Monday.
Gray apologized to the court and the firefighters for his actions.
Gusweiler gave Grey a warning about being sent to prison if he stepped out of line at all during his two years of community control, including prohibition of use of any alcohol or drugs of abuse.
"One good thing is that you look scared (expletive)," Gusweiler said. "Remember this in six months and a year."
Grey was sentenced to probation for two years, but threatened with five years if Grey ever appeared before Gusweiler again. -- LI
